Shipping & Delivery
Please note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.
Shipments go out Mon-Fri. Shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

*The delivery option you choose
*The weight, size and dimensions of your items
*Your shipping preferences

You will see your shipping cost listed during Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing this information, you can submit your order.

What Standard Delivery Means
Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days.

What 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Means
Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it does not mean you will receive your order in one or two days.We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration. During Checkout, you will see the estimated ship date for your order on the "Place Order" page. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.

Here is an example:
If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select 1-day shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day -two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via 1-day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that item availability may vary and is listed on the product description page.

Returns & Replacements
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. 

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace the incorrect items and pay the additional shipping fee.

Incorrect Size
No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size and the item is not damaged. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Return Shipping Instructions
Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions
Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Viewing Orders
Order status is updated daily. You can double check the status of your order by logging in to zero-eng.com. You will also receive emails notifying you of any progress associated with your order. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email sales@zero-eng.com or call at 702.798.7504.

Updating Account Information
If you've ordered something with the wrong address, please call as we usually ship the same day. If you simply need to update your email addres, credit card information, or address, you can handle this by loggining in to zero-eng.com/shop.
